Finally the penny began to drop for me this week during PD with Craig from Cyclone. I now have a far greater understanding of the SAMR model and am not going to beat myself up if I am working in the supplementation and augmentation areas but use these experiences to build on to work up through the model in the future. To be able to do this I need tools and understanding which is finally falling into place for me combining my learning at Mindlab with the PD with Cyclone. I can see how tools within the Microsoft suite can help myself and my students to work higher in the SAMR model.
